Advanced Reservations: We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least two days in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment services are available.

Cancellation Policy: Please give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid full charge. A credit card number, advanced payment, or gift certificate number may be required at the time of the booking. 

Payment Types:  We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (payment processing fees might apply when paying with cards at the location) with proper identification.  

Health Conditions: Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that could affect your treatment or service when making your reservation. 

Loss or Damage: We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to personal articles.  Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.

No Show: by booking your appointment online, you agree to these terms and conditions and to the credit card charge. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in paying 30% of the appointment missed.
